Process

1. Submit work

• Choose the format (32K or 16K), binding format, cover mode, inner page layout and other services.
• Please read our typography specifications and use the template provided by us to typeset the works. Please use MS Word to generate text files.
• Send the finalized file to northpublishinghouse@gmail.com
• Please indicate if you need paid services including typesetting, processing pictures, generating catalog, header, footer etc.

2. Evaluate Contents

• The content of the submitted works shall not violate laws and regulations, and shall not infringe the copyrights and other legal rights and interests of others. If the book qualifies, the "Publishing Contract" will be signed.

3. Proof Reading

• We only conduct macro review on the selected topics. Specific editing, typesetting, and proofreading are all paid services. You can choose to edit, typeset and proofread by yourself to save costs. But the quality of the manuscript must meet our publishing requirements.
• We will make a printable file according to the content of your order, and send it to you as a PDF file for confirmation before printing
• After you confirm the final version, we will send the specific amount you need to pay.

4. Assign ISBN

• We assign international standard book numbers to your works, and produce barcodes, QR codes and copyright pages.

5. Binding Design

• We design the book cover for you. If you have ideas, drafts or photos, please submit them together, but we do not guarantee that the design will fully meet your ideas. You can design your own cover according to the templates we provide, but you must strictly abide by the specifications.

6. Confirmation

• After you confirm the manuscript and cover, we will send you the invoice.

7. Payment

• We will start printing your book after receiving payment.

8. Print & Delivery

• Pick up your books.
• We may also deliver your books through the post office, courier or the method you specify, this fee is borne by the author.

9. Registration

• According to the provisions of the publishing law, you must submit at least 2 copies of your book to us for registration.
• We are responsible for submitting the published books to the National Archives of Canada.
• We are responsible for registering the published book to ISBN system。
• Your book will be searchable all over the world.
